difficult egg founder karen strauss, began her career in the industry as a 6-year- old model. the experience quickly inspired karen’s need to be behind the camera. years of experience leading creative efforts in such companies as getty images, sports illustrated, and mtv news, inspired karen to open her own agency, difficult egg productions, allowing karen to bring her creative vision, her production expertise and most importantly her passion for the visual arts to each project both large and small. concepting, directing and producing photo shoots in every imaginable realm of the industry, karen’s work has been recognized by multiple pdn, communication arts and american photo awards, as well as invitations to judge international photo competitions and curate gallery exhibitions.
